The forum is entirely driven by input from the Membership.

It facilitates a range of activities that allow constructive debate between members about current issues in corporate IT.

It takes input from these debates and after processing and classification, re-presents it as a pool of knowledge that can be used to better understand the issues they face.

Activities within the service are streamed to meet the need of every layer within the security function of large organisations.

CSO Forums
enable senior professionals to exchange views and debate high-level strategic issues.

Tactical Workshops
provide a continuous programme of practical discussions aimed at managers working to establish best practice in the planning and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Operational Workshops
deal with the day to day business of security in the front line.

Rapid Reaction WebEx Discussions
are held at the request of members working at the front line in the battle against evolving security incidents.

The QA Service
allows members to quickly broadcast tactical and operational questions to people with a similar role in other organisations. Replies are usually both plentiful and helpful.

The Knowledge Centre
is usually the first port of call to research topics of interest and will provide effective results from previous output reports, QA sessions and Bulletin Board discussions.

The Bulletin Board
is where members can engage in almost real time dialogue with others with similar interests. Often the board is used to continue collaboration after workshops or to dig deeper into a topic raised in a QA session.
